Look into your kitchen and you'll be amazed with how many ingredients pancakes can be created. Now this: pancakes made out of quinoa and rice flakes.
Soak overnight 1 cup of quinoa + 1 cup of rice flakes in filtered water
Rinse and add some coconut milk until it's a heavy pancake batter
Cut 1 apple in cubes
Cook the apple for 4 minutes
Add the apple to the batter
Add a tsp of cinnamon + a pinch of salt
Heat coconut oil in a hot pan and low the heat
Scoop the battle onto the griddle (use 1/4 cup for each pancake)
Brown on both sides and serve with a little bit of maple syrup
